OUR LEADERSHIP

Perry Contini
DirectorThe name of the game is “Don’t be ordinary”. Perry pushes himself and the team to create breakthrough imagery that will motivate an audience. His goal is simple… “Change a viewer’s perspective. If I am not moved by the story, then the project doesn’t leave the MOTOR edit suite.”

Aaron Hartshorn
Writer/DirectorAaron is a director based in Denver.
He’s worked with Academy Award winners, Super Bowl MVPs, and puppies who nearly-almost-didn’t-pee-on-the-carpet. His work has been broadcasted around the world and been celebrated with ADDYs, TELLYs and the approval of his picky nephew. Notches on his belt include shooting literally 300 scripts in a single day, having his work inspire a country song, and having a client confess they were moved to tears over a rough cut. He was 50, and from Texas.

Beth Fornaro
Executive ProducerThe study of photography and film at the Art Institute led to a career in corporate film production and then ultimately to agencies like MARC USA, Brunner, Ketchum and DraftFCB to travel the US and Canada producing National TV commercials and content. Throughout her career she has been part of teams winning prestigious awards at notable competitions like the New York Festival, National Addys, The Monitor Award and honors at the London International Film Festival. True to her roots, Beth drives MOTOR to new heights everyday, pushing the team to think big.

Ryan has been called MOTO's "Jack-of-all-Trades”, and spending a day at the office would make it easy to see (and hear) why. While his official title is Senior Editor, Ryan is routinely featured as talent within the commercials and even provides narrative voiceover for several of MOTOR’s clients. Ryan holds a degree in Decision Science and Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, but he insists that the most difficult test he’s encountered was becoming MOTOR’s FAA-Certified Drone Pilot.
